How much does Shipping & Handling cost?

Orders of $75.00 or more ship free! All orders under $74.99 ship for the flat fee of $5.99.

At this time, all our orders ship out FedEx Ground. Orders should arrive in 5-10 business days.

What do I do if my order didn’t arrive, or arrived broken?

What is Infantino's return policy?

We are happy to accept returns for new, unused and unopened products within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the original, unopened packaging.

To initiate the return, please contact our customer care department at customersupport@infantino.com or 1-800-840-4916 to receive an RMA number. Returns cannot be processed without an RMA.

You may return the item using the parcel delivery service of your choice. Infantino does not reimburse shipping and handling fees for returns.

If your Infantino item was not purchased at Infantino.com, please return item to the retailer of purchase. We do not accept returns of items purchased from other retailers.

Once your item has arrived at our warehouse, you will be issued a refund to your original form of payment. Every bank and credit company has different processing times and it may take up to 72 hours from receiving the notification of your refund from us until your card processor displays the refund in your account.

How do I get replacement parts?

Please call our customer care team to see if replacement parts are available for your item. They are available at 1-800-840-4916 (Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm PST).

How can I find out if my product has been recalled?

Please visit our recall page to learn more about any open recalls.

How can I prevent mold or mildew grow on my toys?

Please follow all cleaning instructions on the packaging of Infantino toys. For special cleaning instructions for bath toys, please visit our Bath Toy Cleaning and Care page.

Do not submerse Squeeze & Teethe Teethers in water or put the teether in the dishwasher. Mildew or mold can form inside of the hollow product if our care instructions are not properly followed. Periodically surface clean with a damp sponge or cloth and mild soap, air dry only. If you suspect liquid has become entrapped in this product or find evidence of mold and mildew, please dispose of the toy. Squeeze & Teethe Textured Pals have no squeaker opening, and may be immersed in water during cleaning.

Can I purchase Infantino items in bulk?

What is the Test & Tell program?

Infantino is happy to make a handful of our new products available for everyday parents and caregivers to review. In exchange for receiving a free product, all we ask is that you post an honest review on our site or that of our retailer partners.

There are no special requirements to be part of a Test & Tell. You don’t need to be a blogger or have a big online following. We are just looking for families with children who are the correct age and who are willing to provide a review.

Our Test & Tell program is very popular. In order to be fair to all interested families, we announce new opportunities through our email list and on Facebook. Final participants are chosen at random from all who sign up. 

How long will it take for my review to show up on Infantino.com?

On an average it takes around 3 business days for a review to be posted. The reviews on our site are also published on other retailer sites through a larger review network, including Target, Walmart and Babies 'R' Us. In accordance with their rules, reviews that mention price or competitors by name can not be published. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

How can I be sure I am buying an Infantino product and not a counterfeit?

Unfortunately, there are dishonest companies online that use Infantino's logo and product images to sell counterfeit products that don't meet our strict standards. To avoid counterfeits, always purchase from a retailer you trust. Be wary of ebay.com sellers, especially if they are shipping from a location in Asia. Infantino and our retail partners do not currently ship to consumers directly from Hong Kong or China. If you suspect that your product is counterfeit, please report the seller back to the website you purchased from, so their profile will be removed. In addition, you can contact us if you have any questions about your product's authenticity at customersupport@infantino.com.

Do you work with bloggers for reviews and sweepstakes?

Yes, we occasionally work with bloggers to promote new product lines. To be considered, please email marketing@infantino.com with a link to your blog and information about your traffic and audience. We prefer to work with bloggers who have infants and babies who can enjoy and test our products.

How can I request free product or sponsorship for my not-for-profit or service organization?

Individuals and organizations that have special requests may send them to marketing@infantino.com. Unfortunately, we get more requests for free product and sponsorships than we are able to accommodate. But, we do review every email and consider each on a case-by-case basis. Our team will reply if assistance can be provided.

At this time, we do not provide free or discounted carriers to lending libraries. This helps us to keep our carrier prices low as we strive toward the goal of making baby wearing an affordable option for every family. Thank you for understanding.

How do I submit my product idea or invention to Infantino?

We appreciate the interest you have in Infantino and your willingness to share ideas with us. Unfortunately, we are not currently able to work with individuals and private inventors. Please do not submit unsolicited ideas to our customer care email or directly to individual employees. For legal reasons, we will not review unsolicited ideas forwarded to our team. Thank you for your understanding.

How can I find more information on baby modeling for Infantino?

We hire our models locally using a professional modeling agency. This allows us to make sure that everyone is fairly compensated and has a valid work permit. If you are interested in having your child do a little modeling, we suggest you start with an agency in your area that can help guide you through the work permit process and find local opportunities for your child.
