I have a sling-style carrier, but I'm not sure that it is an Infantino SlingRider or Wendy Bellissimo sling. How can I be sure?
Does your carrier have the Infantino logo stitched on the front of the strap? If not, your sling style carrier is not an Infantino SlingRider. Does your carrier have a Wendy Bellissimo logo stitched on the front of the strap and have item #3937500H7 or #3937501H7 (item # can be found on the sewn in label on the inside of the front strap)? If not, your sling style carrier is not part of the recall.

I have a SlingRider carrier, and I saw the CPSC recall. But I really like my carrier - do I have to replace it?
The CPSC recommends stopping use and participating in the recall.

The CPSC recall announcement advises that consumers should immediately stop using these slings for infants younger than four months of age. My child is four months (or older) and I really like my sling, do I have to stop using it?

Why do I have to cut out a piece of the strap, why can't I just return the whole sling to you?
Infantino is requiring you only cut a portion of the sling strap which a) renders the carrier unusable and b) allows for returns and replacements to be facilitated quickly and efficiently.

Can I return my SlingRider to the store for a refund?
This will depend on the individual store's policy.

How soon will I receive my replacement product?
US consumers will receive the replacement product within 10-15 business days from when the required portion the SlingRider is received. Canadian consumers will receive their replacement product within 10-15 business days from when the required portion the SlingRider is received.

How will I know if you have received my returned SlingRider strap and/or sent out my replacement item?
Once your returned item is received, it will be documented in our database. Likewise, the date your replacement item is sent out will be documented along with tracking information.

What if I don't have the labels or tags on the sling - I cut them off?
Not a problem. Please cut out the stitched on Infantino logo (or Wendy Bellissimo stitched on logo if applicable) on the front of the SlingRider strap and that will verify the item and then return as instructed on our website.

I had the SlingRider - but have thrown it out - can I still receive a replacement?
Unfortunately it is necessary for us to receive the returned strap in order for us to be able to issue a replacement.

I have several slings, can you provide me a refund or replacement for all three?
Infantino is offering a replacement program only. Please remove the straps on all SlingRiders as instructed and complete the return form for each carrier and mail as directed on the website. You may include all 3 straps and return forms in one package.

What if I don't have access to a printer?
No problem, just call our SlingRider Recall Hotline at 866-860-1361 and a Customer Service Rep will be happy to assist you.

Do I have to pay for anything?
No - We pay for the shipping on the return and replacement product.

What product are you sending as the replacement?
There are several replacement options for you to select from. Please refer to the return form on this web site for the most up to date information.

I have the SlingRider, but my child is much older, none of the replacement options are age appropriate for him. Can I get a refund instead?
Infantino is offering a replacement program only. Any of the Infantino replacement options would make a great gift for someone too.

I sent in my SlingRider strap a long time ago and have not received my replacement yet?
The replacement product should arrive within 10-15 days from when you sent in the required portion of the strap. Has it been longer than 15 days since you placed your return in the mail? If so please contact Infantino Recall Hotline at 866-860-1361 and they will be able to verify the status of your return.
