Please follow the step by step instructions below to:

  • Return a portion of the recalled sling
  • Choose your new replacement item
  • Print the Consumer Return Form with confirmed Transaction ID number
  • Print a pre-paid mailing label

Please cut out the strap above and below the stitched Infantino logo located on the front of the strap as illustrated below. Please remove the foam padding and fold the material so that is fits in a regular size mailing envelope. Please be sure to dispose of the remaining portion of the sling to prevent further use.

On the following screens you will be able to select your replacement option, print a return form, and print your pre-paid FedEx label. When you are ready to mail your return, please take it to the nearest FedEx location that ACCEPTS FedEx GROUND Packages. You can also call 1 -800- Go FedEx to locate a FedEx facility that ACCEPTS FedEx GROUND Packages. If you have questions about locating a facility near you, please call Infantino at 1.888.808.3111, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM Pacific Time.
